General Session
Have you ever wondered if you’re the only one trying to navigate the tension of being Greek and Christian? The stories you’ll hear at Greek Conference are all from people who get it because they’ve lived it too. In General Session, you’ll get to hear stories from Greek alumni and students about their experiences being Greek and Christian. This is the space where you’ll hear from experts and have an opportunity to engage with new experiences and new people. Whatever council, school, or Greek organization you’re a part of, this space is for you.

When James got to MIT, he didn’t plan on rushing. But he found himself at Phi Kappa Theta after they offered him something he’d never tasted before — a lobster dinner. After that first bite, he pledged and quickly found his faith taking a back seat. God broke through into his life anyway, and he’s never been the same. Over the past three decades, James has helped students and faculty all over the country wrestle with the most important questions in life.

Maya didn't expect Greek life to be the place she would meet Jesus. After joining a sorority her freshman year at San Diego State, she dove headfirst into the Greek system and began asking bigger questions about who God is. Maya knows what it's like to be deep in Greek life while wrestling with faith, identity, and relationships. Outside of Greek life, you can usually find Maya at a coffee shop, hiking, or showing people pictures of her dog. Whether you've been following Jesus for years, are just beginning to explore faith, or aren't sure what you believe, Maya can't wait to meet you.

Connect
Hear From God, Not Just More About Him
If Jesus is real, what does it look like to connect with Him? What would happen if Jesus could actually be experienced and interacted with? In Connect, you’ll enter into an experiential spiritual journey alongside other Greeks who are curious to know Jesus, not just know about Him. Connect is a concentration for those who are curious about God, feel stuck in their faith, or honestly don’t know where to begin. Wherever you land, Connect will give you space to explore more of who Jesus is and how to hear from Him in a new way.
Thrive
Get the Most out of Greek Life
We all want to get the most out of life! Yet, we all pursue the good life in different ways. For some it’s living the work hard, play harder lifestyle of success, parties, and relationships. For others, it’s pursuing a life of faith and devotion. Regardless of your lifestyle, everything we say and do is driven by deeper, often hidden desires. More than just self-help tips, legalistic rules, or quick steps to living your best life, Thrive is an exploration of the deepest desires driving our lifestyles and guidance on how to best direct them towards greater satisfaction and life in Christ.

Turn Your Career Into a Calling
Over the course of your life, 40% of your waking hours will be spent at work. Yet, only 10% of church goers have heard a sermon about work. In Influence, you’ll not only discover the profound impact our faith can have on our work but also gain practical skills on how to integrate your faith and work from experienced faith leaders in your field of study. It’s often cited that Greek alumni comprise a disproportionate number of leadership positions in our society. Learn how to leverage that influence for a greater purpose and a more meaningful career.

Discern
Hear God’s Voice and Pray with Confidence
Discern is built for current and former Chapter Ministry Leaders ready to take the next step in spiritual authority and practical skill. You’ll learn how to listen for God’s voice, discern how he’s at work in your friends’ lives, and partner with God to cultivate transformation. You’ll experience hands-on training with the opportunity to give and receive prayer. You’ll leave with simple tools, wise boundaries, and Holy Spirit courage to serve your friends, chapter, and campus with confidence.

Plan to arrive on Friday between 5:00-5:30pm (dinner will be provided). The final session on Sunday will wrap by 11:30am! Full schedule to come!

Bedding (pillow & sleeping bag, or sheets/comforter). It will be cold at night, so pack accordingly!
Closed toed shoes (required) and athletic clothes for optional Saturday afternoon activities.
Winter jacket, sweatshirts, and warm clothing - the evening temps will be freezing so please come prepared and bring lots of layers!
Sunscreen and sunglasses (even better if they’re polarized)! We’ll be at a high elevation so sun exposure is more of a risk than you’d expect - even in February.
A lettered sweatshirt or fraternity/sorority t-shirt for a photo on Saturday.
