There will be a volunteer meeting at 6:45pm Friday night. If you’re volunteering as a Table Group Leader, you’ll meet with the staff leading your Concentration after that.
The student schedule for the weekend can be found here.
Table Group Leaders don’t have responsibilities after 6pm Saturday, but you’re welcome to join us for anything after that time if you’d like! -
About two weeks before Greek Conference, our team will assign volunteer roles based on your availability and our needs. Then the staff responsible for your area of volunteering will reach out with more details about your role.

If you’re staying at the hotel, you can opt for shared double room or a single room at the hotel. If you’d like us to help assign you a roommate, we’re happy to pair you with another volunteer of the same gender.
If you’re planning to stay with friends who are still students, please indicate that on your registration form. -
We’ll provide dinner Friday night for volunteers helping with registration. Otherwise, please eat before arriving on Friday.
Saturday’s banquet dinner is optional - you can opt in or out on your registration form.
All other meals are on your own. -

Volunteers should plan to arrive at 3:30PM Friday for set-up and prayer. The conference will end at 11:30AM Sunday and volunteers will be able to leave by 1:30PM after clean-up and a staff & volunteer debrief meeting.

Unless you are serving in a specialized role (worship leader, photographer, speaker, etc.) you will serve as a table group leader and prayer minister.

Staff & volunteers who are recent graduates may be in housing with students. All other volunteers will be in the staff & volunteer housing at the camp.

All meals will be provided from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast. Some snacks will be provided as well.
